Can I change the default x-axis in the sparklines?

By Default, row number will be used to create the sparkline for selected column. You can change this default setting in the way below:

Highlight the target column and right-click on it to select Add Sparklines... from the context menu to open the Sparklines dialog. Check Plot Y Against X check box, the associated X data will be used to plot the sparkline.
