Dear All, Can anyone tell how to fit a varshini fitting and the parameter values such as alpha and beta for InGaN material. i tried many times, but the fitting line shows the straight line rather than exponential curve with the experimental data. Please give me a suggestions..
Thanking you... M.Gopalakrishnan

It seems not a complex function, but it may not show an exponential shape when B is rather small, You can use this tool to plot the curve: http://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/PD-Dialog-2DFunc-Tab Then you will see the curve shape at different parameter.

Posted - 11/17/2015 : 12:30:53 AM Dear Jasonzhao, thank you so much for your reply. This is the function, E(T)=E(0)-AT^2/(T+B) where A is Alpha and B is Beta..

Would you please tell us that what's the function formula? or show us a simple example?
