Hello everyone,

I was using Origin 64bit to do a simple project. Everything was working fine in the morning and I think I must have pressed something wrong because now it can't seem to save. Whenever I click save as, nothing comes out. I also can't export graph. Whenever I open Origin, I get this messsage: Initial configuration script file C: etc etc Desktop\FullMenu.cnf is missing or not in the software directory (C:\Users etc etc). When I exporting graph I kept getting the message: Exporting as Unknown is not supported by 64bit Origin.

May I know how to solve this? I tried reinstalling the programme but it didn't work.

Hi,

Please give us more details as below:

1. Please tell us the version of your Origin
2. What is the Operate System?
3. Please tell us the installation path of your Origin. Is it installed in a network path?
4. What is the path of your User Files Folder?

Thanks,
Shirley
