Hello,

I'm trying to fit a curve with 2 laurent functions and use the combined areas (A1+A2) to calculate something. The problem is that the 2 laurent fits are going into the negative values of the y axis.

How do I make it so the laurent fits approach 0 as X goes to +- infinity, instead of going into the negative values of the y axis?

Hi Worksff,

In NLFit tool (if you use "Multiple Peak Fit" tool, you can press "Open NLFit" button in the "Get Points" box),
the Parameter tab in its upper panel, you can set (by double-clicking) the Value of the offset(=y0) parameter to 0,
and check "Fixed" check box to proceed the fitting. See:
