Is there any way to add lines between the colors to the color scale (i.e., legend) on a contour (color fill) plot?

The first sample in the gallery for contour plots seems like it has this, but the resolution is too low to say for sure:

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,

No, it is the resolution of the image posted that makes it appear like there are lines in between the colors in the color scale.

As for the lines on the plot themselves, those are line plots that have been overlayed on the color contour plot.
