Posted - 12/14/2015 : 9:27:50 PM I have 5 columns: A(X), B(Y), C(Y), D(Y) = Avg of B(Y), E(Y) = Avg of C(Y). I want to make a double y axis plot of B(Y) and C(Y) with linked x-axis. I also want to include the mean values D(Y) and E(Y) as horizontal lines. I would like these horizontal lines to match up. That is, D(Y) on the right y-axis should overlay E(Y) on the right y-axis tick mark. |

Posted - 12/15/2015 : 10:02:43 AM You can select column B, C to plot double Y. Press each layer to make that active and press the Line button on 2D Graphs toolbar to change the plot type into line.
We have a toolbar for Double Y graphs, such as align left and right y, etc. go to http://www.originlab.com/fileExchange/details.aspx?fid=165 to download it. Then drag and drop it into Origin workspace to install the toolbar. The first button is to align Ys. Enter the average of B and C there.
A line will be added to connect the two Ys so you don't need to plot column D and E.
  Thanks, Snow |

Posted - 12/14/2015 : 10:25:51 PM B(Y) and C(Y) are sinusoidal. I want to use their mean values at Col D(Y) and E(Y), respectively, as the baseline. I would like these two baselines to be aligned in the double y plot. Please help
