Posted - 02/22/2016 : 09:32:12 AM I have a sheet with 5 columns of sensordata in one book.
Now I´d like to merge the 5 diagrams made of the data.
I´ve tried all variations in merge graph diagrams - dialogue but can´t choose the diagrams that I see on the screen. Independent of the option under merge I can only choose the last diagram.
Operation is a little cryptic here....

Posted - 02/22/2016 : 1:08:26 PM You're welcome! I had to find it out from a co-worker myself, hopefully this is something that will be addressed in future releases! |

Posted - 02/22/2016 : 12:06:28 PM Hi Ken,
it was the embedded-problem.
After I´d created new graphs out of data instead of opening the embedded ones, it worked!
Thank you again, this would probably never had crossed my mind without your idea!

Posted - 02/22/2016 : 11:44:12 AM I think I may have a solution. This could be because your graphs are all embedded in worksheets/result sheets, is this the case for your OPJ?
If so, then what you'll need to do is create a blank graph window by clicking the "new graph" icon (4th from left by the New button, should look like a little graph with a red line). Then once you have that active window open, go back into the Merge graph dialog, and change Merge to "Specified" or "All in Active Folder (Include Embedded)" and see if the button isn't working then.
If this still isn't the working, feel free to email your OPJ to tech AT originlab.com and we'd be glad to look it over!.

Posted - 02/22/2016 : 11:13:28 AM Ken, thank you for your quick response!
I´ve read the tutorial so I know how it should work. But the button for chosing the graphs is greyed out so that I can´t click it. I see the graphs but can´t chose them for merging. Any ideas?

Posted - 02/22/2016 : 10:01:25 AM Hi Carsten,
Once you've selected the Merge graph button on the right hand side of your worksheet, you should get a prompt like the one below.
What you're going to want to do is click the ellipses button (highlighted in red here) and this will trigger a window that allows you to select which graphs you want to merge. There will be 2 columns, one with all graphs, one blank, you'll want to use the arrows between these two to populate the right section with the graphs you want to merge.
Otherwise to get them to appear a certain way (e.g. 3 graphs, one above the other), you'll want to adjust your number of columns and rows in the main dialog (for my example, 3 rows, 1 column) and you should readily find the configuration you're looking for. Write us back if this still isn't clear.
Hope this helps!
