Hi yuqing123,

The answer is simple- you are using a cracked version of our software.

If you want to use Origin, you can download a demo to give it a try (http://originlab.com/demodownload.aspx). If you want to keep using Origin, you should purchase the software.

In the mean time, stop using and uninstall the cracked version.

Thanks,
Chris Drozdowski
