How can I integrate a peak as the black one to appear as Pink one in the attached file?

Hi,

You can get it with steps as blow
1. Active the workbook, use the integrate tool to get the integration values of your data first, by choosing menu Analysis: Mathematics: Integrate
2. Once you set the input data and click OK in the dialog, integrated values will be added as new column in the worksheet
3. As you want the integrated values to be shown in percent in graph, then you will need to normalize your data to (0, 100). Highlight the column with integrated values and choose menu Analysis: Mathematics: Normalize Columns
4. In the opened dialog, set Normalized Method = Normalize to (0, 100) and click OK

Then you can plot the source data and the normalized area in two overlapped independent layers to get the graph.
