Hi,
I am trying to create the baseline and calculate the integration with peaks Analyzer tool. First, I created my baseline as I want and not use end and points or y=0 and after that I calculated the integration (In the integration window width I chose adjust on preview graph and I clicked to the yellow window and I chose to scale from 116 to 65. However, the integration results are from 65 to 116. I want to calculate the integration in my curve from 116 to 65 and not the opposite. what can I do?

Thanks

Hello,

I assume the results calculated from 116 to 65 is the same as that from 65 to 116, so may be you want to change the format shown in the table to be from 65 to 116?
It will be helpful if you can post a screenshot to illustrate your problem.

Best regards!
Jason
