I am trying to representate an XYZ contour, but, I would like to change the angles between axes, instead of forming 90 degrees, I would like yo have 60 degrees between the axes, I can't find the way, and I even do not know if this is possible. Many thanks for the help!

Do you mean a ternary graph? All recent versions of Origin should support ternary graphs. You can plot one by selecting your X, Y, & Z columns and then select Plot>Specialized>Ternary. This should give an equi-angular (60 degrees) triangle graph. Is this what you're trying to accomplish?
Best regards
