Origin Ver. 2016 64 bit and Service Release 2 b9.3.3.203 (academic)(
Operating System: Windows 7 Enterprise, Service pack 1

When i click the Import Bruker Opus entry in the Import menu nothing at all happens. The other import filters seems to work.
Best Regards
Anders

Hi,

Multiple monitors shouldn't ever cause a problem with running Origin. But sometimes, people forget that a dialog was opened in a different monitor so when it reopens, they can't find it :)

Thanks,

Hi Chris
So i uninstalled the older tool and now it works.
I do in fact use multiple monitors. Might that be a problem?
Thanks for your help.
Best Regards
Anders

Hi,

First, if you had previously installed the older tool from the File Exchange for importing Bruker Opus, please go to the Tools menu and select Package Manager. In Package Manager, go to Tools->Uninstall a Package and uninstall the particular package.

If that isn't the issue then try the steps outlined in this FAQ:

http://www.originlab.com/doc/Quick-Help/System-Folder-Build-Failed

And see if that helps.

Any chance you are using multiple monitors and the file selection dialog for the import routine is opening in an unexpected monitor?

Thanks,

Hi Chris
Sorry for the late reply. I've been travelling.
There are no response at all in the code builder window. I tried both the 64 and 32 bit version
Best Regards
Anders
