i made something like this, and i am not sure it is the correct fit for the graph

Hi Mdmorry,

You can first plot a histogram, and then right-click on it to select Go to Bin Worksheet to open the hidden bin worksheet. Select col("Counts") to plot a line graph, and then select "Analysis: Fitting: Rank Models" to open the Rank Models dialog:
http://www.originlab.com/doc/X-Function/ref/funcRank
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/fitrank-multi-func

In this dialog, you can fit and rank multiple functions for one dataset. You can select appropriate function according to the results.

If still problem, please let me know.

Thanks,
Shirley
