sorry if that is obvious,
but i cant manage to get the pattern that i use in a fill area plot to appear in the legend.
in my case its the area that matters ( and not the lines) and i therefore want to have it explicitely.

can anybody help me?
thanx martin

ok, i found a workaround
just add an (empty) column plot to the layer and make the fill pattern as in the original fill area plot.
for the column plot, the pattern will appear in the legend and one can use it for the fill area legend.
(its a bit like origin, isnt it?)
