Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): 7.5
Operating System: WinXP
Hi!
Recently, I'm not able to export origin gaphics anymore.
When I clicked on File: export page, nothing happened.
Also, when I clicked Graph: plot setup, nothing happened.
I've tried to reinstall the software, but it still does not work.
I also tired instructions on this page http://www.originlab.com/doc/Quick-Help/System-Folder-Build-Failed, but it failed.
Did any of you meet this kind of problem ? |

1. Did you see any error message?
2. Have you try the way mentioned in this quick help:

Also, you may post more details here to tell us:
3. Which image type did you select to export?
4. How did you export your graph? Could you show us the exact step-by-step procedure to reproduce your problem?

Windows 10
I have started having the same problem of not being able to export pages or graphs. Nothing happens when I click on these and the program seizes up until I hit esc. This is happening in multiple projects.
I did not understand (or know how to implement) the suggestion that the problem is solved by replacing a dll file. |

The problem has been resolved by replacing an Origin DLL |
