Please help!!..

I need to compare the maximum intensities in within this set of data,
How can I overlap all data automatic on a same baseline?

Hi levr15,

Maybe the easiest approach is to use the Quick Peaks gadget (under Gadget menu), and you can
subtract the baseline from the "Subtract Baseline" flyout by pressing the triangle button at the top
right corner of the yellow ROI box. You can change the plot to manipulate also by Change Data flyout.

If you need a more sophisticated baseline method, you can use the Origin's Peak Analyzer tool
(goal="Subtract Baseline") ("Analysis: Peaks&Baseline: Peak Analyzer" menu) such as by manually
or automatically setting anchors then interpolated or fitted by a function(Pro).
