Hello,
I need to do a spectrum analysis "by hand" and need help with the Fourier-Transformation. I know, there is an option for this in the Tab "analysis", but I really don't understand how to adapt it to my needs.
I have the following information:

I hope you can help me with a step-by-step explanation.
Greetings
Nina

Hi,

1. About the spectrum analysis, you use "Fitting", "Peak Analyzer" tools and so on to analysis your data, but that is according to your need.
Also you can refer to our webpage for Spectroscopy:
http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?go=Solutions/Applications/Spectroscopy

2. About Fourier Transform, you can refer to this help page that shows the all Fourier Transform tools in Originlab.
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/FourierTransforms

And you can take a look at the following tutotials that show you how to use the tool step by step:

Thanks
Jacqueline
