I have to find several variables and given equation is like this
y = 1 - exp(-A*x^B), so i would like to know the value of "A" and "B"
on my data. But I cannot use non-linear curve fitting method.
Please help me |

Hi,
You will need to create a fitting function (.FDF) file. The producedure for this is documented in the product. If you need further help, please contact your local technical support office for help.

Posted - 02/26/2003 : 9:07:15 PM Sorry, I forgot more specific contents. I have to fit and find variables "A" and "B" using equation as follows; y = 1 - exp(-A*x^B) type. But built-in equaions do not have above type of equation. And to make user defined equation is hard to me. Can you make the user-defined equation or edited function for me?
Sincerely yours. |

Are you having problems defining this equation in the nonlinear fitter and then using it to fit your data? Please be more specific.
