Origin 2016 , win7 ultimate

hi

A problem puzzled me recently.

For example, If I used "add straight line" menu command on a graph which name began with "xxx-" (xxx means any word), message "Error - Undefined variable :xxx" showed again and again.

Is that normal?

Hi,

Do you change the Line object name as the following dialog:


If so, it will now show any error message in OriginLab.

Or could you tell us the "Name" you use for the Line?
Then we can try to reproduce the problem on our machine.
