Namely, I used Multiple Peak Fit, but I would like to change some parameters of fit (for example to fix peak positions or width). I tried with Peak Analyzer but using this option my errors where not taken into account. Attached I am sending picture of fit on my data that I would like to improve. Thank you

  In Peak Analyzer, at the stage of "Fit Peaks (Pro)", you can specify the Y-Error as the "Instrumental"  weighting scheme, as shown below:
