Hi,

You need to interpolate XZ and YZ data before plotting.

1. Rearrange your data as ZXZY.

2. Create a new column. merge the 2 Z columns into this new column. And you need to sort this column ascendingly (right click and select “Sort Column: Ascending”).

3. Highlight Z and X column, select Analysis: Mathematics: Interpolate/Extrapolate Y from X. Set “X Values to Interpolate” to merged Z column and “Method” to Extrapolate.
Click OK. This will add a new column, which is your interpolated X values.

4. Highlight Z and Y column. Do the same to interpolate Y values.

5. Re-order interploted-X and Y columns and merged Z column and create a surface plot. The final graph looks like following.

Thanks,
Amanda

Hi Amanda,

Thanks for your help. Currently, this is not serving my purpose.

I am pasting the file which I want it to be like.

I am also pasting the XZ and YZ data below. Please check if you can modify into this type of graph.

HI,

Is the XY data in 2 dataset (X-Z and Y-Z) one-to-one match? If so, you can arrange them as XYZZ and select Plot: 3D Surface: Color Map Surface to create a surface plot.

Thanks,
Amanda
