How come when I integrate data represented by y=x^2 from 1 to 5 Origin gives me area = 42. However, the real answer is 41.3333. This error becomes bigger as the definite integral grows. Please help to explain this. Thank you!

For example, integrating y=x^2 from 1-4 with four data points gives 21.5 as the integration value (real value is 21). Integrating the same thing using 31 data points gives 21.005. Much closer.
