Hi there,

I'm hoping there is a math wizard who can help me out. I have populations of certian crater types on the Martian surface, and I need to analyze whether the locations of a certain group are indeed restricted to certain areas. I'm a geophysicist, so my statistical analysis tools are a little weak. I'm thinking some kind of ANOVA analysis, but I could be wrong.

In essence, I need to input sample locations, and see what the analysis says about how those locations are geographiacally restircted or grouped.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jason
