Hi,
I have got a txt file, once imported into origin 6.1, it looks like this:

Hi Fanning,
This is easiest way I can think of...
1. Delete column 1.
2. Edit->Convert to Matrix->Expand Columns (Expansion factor=10).
3. Edit->Convert to Worksheet->Direct.
Easy to try at least.
