Posted - 07/06/2003 : 11:23:06 PM Hi,
A simple question but a real headache to me.
I usually export the Origin Graph into EMF format and then insert it in to WORD document. However, I find that the size of Origin font, e.g. 18point of Arial for ticks lable, is not identifical, but smaller than, the 18size of Arial in WORD. I have to decide a proper size of Origin font each time by try and error. Is there a clear relation between size of font in Origin and that of Word.
Many thanks in advance.

Posted - 07/15/2003 : 10:26:31 AM Could you try the following procedure and see if you get improved results? 1) Decide what dimensions you'll want your Origin graph to be in Word, and then set those dimensions in Origin. To do this, activate your graph and then select Format:Page. Set the graph page dimensions on the Print/Dimensions tab of this dialog box. 2) Now select Tools:Options in Origin. Activate the Page tab. Set the Ratio combo box to 100. Set the Margin Control to Tight, and then select the Keep Size radio button. 3) Now export your graph to an EMF. 4) In Word, insert the picture. 5) Right-click on the picture in Word and select Format:Picture. Activate the Size tab. Make sure the Height and Width combo boxes are set to 100%. -Barb
