I am having problems with the "sparse XYZ" matrix conversion command.
If I enter the following matrix:
180 800 5.4E-6
210 800 5.4E-6
240 800 5.4E-6
270 900 5.4E-6
300 900 5.4E-6
330 900 5.4E-6
The program tells me that I have "invalide values"
(I had a step of 30 for X and 100 for Y)
What am I doing wrong? Is there any special rule about the data format?

I tried your data in Origin 7 SR3 and it works as it should. The result is a 2x6 matrix.
