Posted - 02/04/2017 : 2:45:40 PM Hello all, I have this plot below and what I am trying to do is to plot the black lines in a secondary-y axis. Is there any option that able's me to do it to all the layers at the same time?

I don't think there is an easy way to separate these two lines for all layers at the same time.
So, I will suggest you create multiple double-Y graphs respectively and then merge them together with Merge Graphs tool.
