 are UIM still supported in Labtalk?

Origin Ver. 2016 pro and Service Release 2(Select Help-->About Origin):
Operating System: win 7

Are UIM still being Supported within Labtalk?
The UIM pdf on this site appears corrupt, at least it wont load for me beyond the title page in adobe reader.

Anyway I created a listbox called lstbox
loaded a number of items.

if I run the following code

lstbox.numitems=;
lstbox.numsels=;
lstbox.choice=;
LSTBOX.multisel=;
lstbox.multisel=2;
lstbox.numitems=;



the code returns


lstbox.numitems=19
lstbox.numsels=-1
lstbox.choice=16
Undefined variable: LSTBOX.MULTISEL
lstbox.numitems=18


clearly this is not working
it tells me I have -1 items selected
it does not understand the multisel command
and if I use it to change selection mode it actually deletes an Item.

Any Ideas? have I missed something simple?

It's MULTSEL insteal of MULTISEL.
