Hi,

I am using Origin 7.02, having not very much experience. I have question concerning the representation of logarithmic scales. As far as I know, there seems to be just one global possibility of scaling the minor ticks: 8, 18, 39.... This might be necessary between axis values 1 and 2 or 2 and 3. But the grid lines will usually be extremely close between axis values 7 and 8 or 8 and 9, so that reading of values might be impossible. I am looking for an individual subdivision, e.g. 4 ticks between axis values 1 and 2 together with 1 tick between 5 and 6 and no tick between 8 and 9.

Did I overlook anything or does there exist any module to realize my wishes.

Thanks for help
