Using the equation P=P1*(1-exp((-P2*x)/P1))*exp((-P3*x)/P1)
where:
P1= Linear electron flow maximum value (12.35)
P2= Linear slope of linear part (First 4 data points)(0.07365)
P3= Linear slope of photo inhibition (Last 3 Data points)(0.00257)

Getting message that fit is not converging even when weighting is off

HI Harveyb,

We have released an app to provide some plant physiology fitting function. See, http://www.originlab.com/fileExchange/details.aspx?fid=155

You can check if the one "RLC" is the function you are looking for and try to do fitting with it.

In addition, I can not see the issue just with the screenshot.

Would you please send us(via:tech@originlab.com) the user defined function file(*.fdf) and the project file(*.opj) to let us check the details if still problem?

http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?go=Support/SendFilestoSupport Please mention this post in your subsequent message.

Thanks,
Shirley
