Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): Origin Pro 9.1.0 64-bit Sr2 b271
Operating System: Windows 10 Home

Hello I'm new one!

Last days I had some software problem, so I deinstalled my old version of Origin Pro 9.0. After installation of new one Origin Pro 9.1.0 I tried to open my projects (directly and by File/Open..) and this is what I get:

Opening by File/Open:

Attention!
"The Origin project does not exist.
F:\..\..\..\Inzynierka 24.08 - SDG - 405.opj"

Opening directly from the file I get error from operating system (I guess) that says:
IN Polish : Wystąpiły problemy z przesłaniem polecenia do programu.
IN English (translated) : There was a problem with sending command to the program.

Changes after installation:
1. Previous User files were on local disc (F:\)
2. After installation I cannot choose this path so made new folder in (C:\Users\Documents\Origin\User Files\)
3. Copied User Files from F path to C path
4. Still getting this problem.
5. Before reinstallation I could open files directly or by File/Open without any issue.
6. Tried to change file name to really short but it didn't change a thing.

Thank you for any helping response

Hey again !

I found the problem and it is related to @Mantukas answer. File cannot have special letter, but also PATH of the file we want to save or open has to be free from the special letters !

TOPIC to close. Thank you !

I had the same problem. It disappeared when I changed folder name where .opj file is located. It appears that Origin do not recognize some letters e.g. ąčęėįšųūž etc.
