Hi, I hope to make a bunch of grey scale plots based on the matrices. But the default settings for the co-ordiniates are not ideal for my circumstance, while contour plot doesn't support loading template. So is there any good ways of doing this without changing co-ordiniate parameters each time? Something like I save a template and load it for a next contour plot, is it possible?

It should be enough to change the coordinates in the matrix template...

1. Click the Open Template button and open Origin.otm.
2. Matrix->Set Dimensions... adjust coordinates as necessary.
3. Right click on the title bar of matrix window and select Save Template or Save Template As.

If you Save As then import your matrices to the new template. Future contour plots will be scaled to the new matrix coordinates.
