Hi, I am trying to fit the normalized DNA melt curve data ( Absorbance vs. Temperature, C°). Do you know if there is any pre-defined fitting function available for that? If not, does anybody know how to define a sigmoidal melting curve function?

Thanks.

Hi Aron,

Press F9 to open Fitting Function Organizer dialog, then expand Growth/Sigmoidal node, so you can check whether there is a built-in function for your case.

If not, you may need to build your own function. This tutorial can help:
