Can anybody tell me if changing the I-brick in a Origin 3200, will cause the serial ID to change or stay the same?

Hello,

I suspect you are refering to an SGI Origin 3200 server. If so then you have reached the wrong company. This forum is for Origin, the data analysis and graphing software, by OriginLab Corp.

Try the following links for help with your 3200 server:
http://www.sgi.com/
http://techpubs.sgi.com/

Thank you.
