Can version 2017 import the .dcm files and read them? These are DICOM files.

Thanks.

I submitted an Origin package tool years ago capable of reading dcm files, including noncompressed, rle compressed, and some compressed types. It of cause reads meta info as well.
Not sure if compatible with 2017 though. May worth a try?

Hi,

Origin can import a wide variety of third-party file formats, but it seems that DCM file hasn’t be included. However, you can submit a feature request via:
http://www.originlab.com/www/company/qform.aspx?s=1&sbj=featurerequest@
so we may put this feature into Origin in the future.

Regards,
Yuki
