Hello,
I tried renaming the legend as described in:
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/Legend-ManualControl
and
http://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/Legend-ColorScale
"To ensure that your legend customizations cannot be overwritten by reconstructing:Rename the legend object. Right-click on the legend, choose Programming Control and change Object Name to something other than "Legend"."
But my legend still updates automatically.
I am making different graphs from the same set of data, and I want to be able to change the legend base on the "Comments" line. But only in the graph I am working on.
Ideal would be a way to freeze the legend completely.
ps: I tried copy-past, does not work, still linked. |

Hi,
After you rename the legend, please try to cut the link to the variables:
Then customize the legend and see if it is okay.
