Hello, All,

I understand that this question has been asked last year. However, I have a Origin 6.1 and therefore I do not have the "ASSAY" option. does anyone know how i can obtain the std. deviation for "averagign multiple curves"? Thank you very much.

I look forward to receiving your advice.

Hi CK,

It sounds as though you are looking for the ASSAYS.OTW worksheet template and I would be surprised if you did not have it. To open the template, click the Open Template button on the Standard toolbar -- it is the eleventh button from the left. In the Open dialog box, set the Files of Type drop down list to Worksheet Template (*.OTW) and then browse to the Buttons folder and open ASSAYS.OTW.

For information on the use of this template, see this previous forum post:
