Origin Ver. and Service Release (Select Help-->About Origin): OriginPro 2017 (64-bit) b9.4.0.220 (Academic)
Operating System: Win10

I have encountered the problem in the subject line and detailed below a few times.I used the "OriginPro 2017 Add or Remove Files" to repair and fix the problem. But it comes out again next day. I'm tired of it. So, I wonder whether there is any good fix.

Hi,

According to your version information, you are using Origin 2017 SR0, right?

I suggest you can try to uninstall it and then download Origin 2017 SR2 installer from our webpage,
http://www.originlab.com/demodownload.aspx

And then reinstall Origin 2017 SR2 in an empty folder and use a new folder as User File folder.

Thanks
Jacqueline
