Dear All:
I have using microsoft Excel and in there a size distribution plot is more what would be expected...a smooth cruve going through each point even through there are only a few points. However, in Origin 7.0, the same number points produces a pointy graph and not the smooth distribution like in Excel. I do prefer Origin...could some explain how to produce this sort of curve in origin.
Thanks in Advance.

I presume you are referring to the "Smoothed Line" check box in Excel under the Patterns Tab when you double-click on a line graph and bring up the Format Data Series dialog. Unchecking the box would result in simple line segments connecting the data (jagged look).
In Origin, when you plot a line or line-and-symbol graph, you can bring up Plot Details (by double-clicking on the line). Then click on the Line tab on the right panel, and change the Connect drop-down option from Straight to B-Spline or Spline.
