Hello,
The English Origin 7.5 SR5 patch is up on the OriginLab website:
http://www.originlab.com/index.aspx?s=9&lm=266&pid=945
... and is also available by running Help:Check for Updates.
The SR5 patch can be applied to either Origin 7.5 SR2 (7.5817) or SR4 (7.5853). After patching, your Origin will be at build 7.5870.
The release notes for the SR5 patch are available from the patch download page (link provided above).

I downloaded the SR5 and applied this SR5 to my O7.5 SR4 installation on my non-internet connected computer. Having done this I always get the message that my licence file will be expire in some days. How can I fix this.

Downloaded the patch and tried again ... it worked after the third try

I downloaded the SR5patch and attempted to do a SR4 to SR5 patch.
The system flagged an error "invalid patch file" ... |
