when we plot a line and error bar£¬we must get the mean and SD from a group of dates by manually calculating or using some softwares.How can the mean and SD be directly gotten on the plot £¿

If your graph contains more than one plot make sure the one representing your line is active. (Checked dataset on Data menu.) Then do this in the script window...

sum(%C);
sum.mean=;
SUM.MEAN=mean // Origin responds with the mean value
sum.sd=;
SUM.SD=SD // Origin responds with the SD
