Fox example, the linear Fit, polynomial Fit, Sigmoidal Fit. And How to carry out the Fit towards some curves simultaneously in one graph? Thanks!

The relevant commands on the Tools and Analysis menus plot the fit curves in the same graph and record the fit parameters in the Results Log.
