Does anyone tried to do a module for making 2D-Correlation Analysis (2D-correlation spectroscopy) ?
I work in FT-IR spectroscopy field.

Hi,

Such a module at least is not on our File Exchange area
http://www.originlab.com/fileexchange/index.aspx
(where both OriginLab and Origin users put up modules to share with the user community).

I however wanted to point out that with version 7.0 or 7.5, one has access to the NAG numerical library which has routines for 2DFFT and so the correlation could be computed using these library functions.
