Hello,
how do you plot only each nth row of a column? I know how to delete each nth row of a column, but I do not want to abandon these data.
Thanks for your help,
bender

For Scatter and Line+Symbol plots you can also do this (without a calculation) on the Drop Lines tab of the Plot Details dialog :

  • Check the 'Skip Points' checkbox

  • Enter a value

For a value of N, plotting occurs or every Nth point, so the plot actually 'skips' N-1 points.

Hi bender,

1. Format > Layer > Size/Speed settings.

2. Check the Speed Mode for Worksheet data option.

3. For a worksheet with N rows enter the value of N/n in the box at the right. (N/n is the number of rows that will be plotted.)
