First thing you need is a new plot symbol ...
 (1) Run Paint (or similar paint program)
 (2) Set Image Attributes to 32 by 32 pixels and use Black & White
 (3) Draw horizontal lines from 0,15 to 15,15 and from 0,16 to 15,16
 (4) Select and Copy the whole image
 (5) [Optional] Save the file in case you need it again. Origin will have its own copy.

 In Origin ...
 (1) Select Tools : Options from the menu and click on the Graph tab
 (2) Click on the last, empty User Defined Symbol
 (3) Press Ctrl+V to paste
 (4) Click OK

 Everthing's in place so ...
 (1) Plot your High-Low-Close data (columns must be in that order)
 (2) Back in the worksheet, select the 'Open' data column
 (3) Back in the graph, select Graph : Add Plot to Layer : Scatter
 (4) Double-click a scatter point and change to the new symbol

Currently, "Start-High-Low-Close" plot is not a feature in Origin, but it is already in our to-do-list for future release. I will increment the number of requests of this item in our development database. Thank you very much for your suggestion.
