Operating System:

Hello there,

I wonder how can I change the color of some specific points in my data set? Basically, I have my spectrum plotted.

I would like to change the color some specific peaks to red and some of them to blue. (The peaks are kinda random so I cannot really assign any formula to define the peaks.)

Can I just select the peaks that I want and just change its color of my preference?

Could you please help me out?

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

If you have 2017 or higher you can do this easily with the Data Highlighter App:
https://www.originlab.com/fileExchange/details.aspx?fid=398

If your version of Origin is older than Origin 2017, then please take a look at FAQ: https://www.originlab.com/doc/Quick-Help/color-datapoints-regions

Thanks,
Aviel
