I’m using a 3D scatter to plot my data and wanted to show the projections of the data (say on the XY-plane) with its whisker (box) plot. Is there a way to do that?

Hi,

To project points onto planes, double click the plot, expand the plot node on the left panel, check the boxes of plane projection. There's no direct way to project a box plot onto a plane. If you have the data to produce the whisker(box),e.g. mean, std, you will have to generate the xyz data to make the projection plot, the trick is to set z column to 0 for z=0 plane projection for example.
