Hi everyone! I need a little help about Stack Lines by Y Offsets.
My problem is that when I want to do a peak finding in each spectrum, always appears on the bottom graph, not the one I choose (in this case is the top graph). In the image is an example, I need to peak picking on the top graph, but the values and the mark (labels) is on the bottom. How do I do to make each spectrum as individual to find peaks?
Sorry, if my english is not very good!
Thank you!!

Hi Hideo Fujii! Thanks for your rapid response!
I will try to use the script. Quick peaks is functioning, but is not very useful in my particular case, because I need to do a manual peak picking. To use quick peaks in the example spectrum, isnĀ“t very easy and quick to do.
Thanks again!
David

Hi dgiordano10,

It seems a bug of the Find Peaks in the Peak Analyzer. As far as I tested, Quick Peaks gadget works fine.
Could you please try it?

P.S. If you need to stick to the Peak Analyzer rather than Quick Peaks, you can meanwhile "fix" the position
of the markers by the following script:
1) Run the Peak Analyzer with Recalculation Mode = None. (or, you can reset later.)
2) Run the following script:
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
range rp=[Graph1]1!2;             //Your plot is 2nd plot in Graph1
get rp -sy yoff; //Get the Y offset, and set to yoff
range rm=[Book1]Peak_Centers1!col(2);  //Your marker dataset in Book1
rm=rm+yoff; //Add the offset to the marker position
///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
