I have 2 Terahertz Reflection Spectroscopy Time Domain Signal- reference and sample signal. And would like to remove noise in the signal for further analysis.

I have tried various smoothing method and wavelet denoise method to remove noise in https://www.originlab.com/doc/Tutorials/Smoothing. However, it is either the noise is not removed or the signal becomes distorted.

Is there other wavelet method or any other method where I can remove noise without minimum distortion to my signals?

Below are the picture of the 2 signals that I have

Sample Signal

Any help will be deeply appreciated. Thank you!
