Posted - 03/12/2018 : 1:27:18 PM I have 3 columns. X1 Y1 Y2. I want to graph Y1 v X1, Y2 v X1, and Y2 v Y1. But for some reason when I create a template, it won't let me graph two Y "columns" together, or rather, I simply don't know how to do it. (I can do it MANUALLY of course, but I want to do it with a template.)

In Origin, a column's Plot Designation determines how the selected data will be handled by default plotting and analysis operations. https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/WksCol-SetDesignation
If you want to plot the Y v Y plot, you can use Plot Setup dialog to select the dataset.
If you want to save the graph ploting by Y v Y as a template, you can check the Mark as Cloneable Template in the template_saveas dialog. And select the a suitable option in Match Plot Column by (Determines how new columns of data will be identified when using your cloneable template. ) Then you can use this template to plot the dataset by Y v Y.
Please refer to this help page: https://www.originlab.com/doc/Origin-Help/OFileType-Template
